Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seven days, no questions

If NeverAway doesn't work for you — for any reason — email hello@neveraway.app within 7 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You don't need to explain.

How it works

• Send the email from the address you bought with, or include your order id.
• We issue the refund through Razorpay within 2 working days.
• Razorpay returns the money to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — this is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will never be charged again.
